Your satisfaction is very important to us! If a regular item is not what you wanted, it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from receipt. It must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, with no missing or broken pieces. We try to describe all of our pieces very thoroughly, please read the information carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask any questions. Custom made items may be subject to different return policies, depending on the nature of the item and the reason for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Claims for Damages

If an item arrives in damaged condition, contact us within seven days. Determination for replacement or refund will be made based on merchandise availability

While all of our items are made with quality construction techniques and are durable when used for their intended purpose, we cannot guarantee against mishap. If an item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or a jewelry item proves to be defective after normal use, not due to negligence on the part of the wearer, the item may be returned for replacement or refund. This determination will be made after return and inspection of the piece.
