If you prefer to order by contacting us directly rather than thru our website, please e-mail us at orders@walkatdesigns.com or fax us at 608-833-1709. Clearly list the item numbers and quantities of any items you wish to purchase or would like further information.
Payments
Once an order is confirmed, payment should be made. Payment options are:
PayPal - MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover
We are verified members of PayPal
Personal or cashier's check and money orders (US funds only)
Please make check out to WalKat Designs. We will let you know what address to send payment.
Notification of Shipment
Once payment is received, you will be notified when the order will be shipped.
Ship To
We can ship to a different address if requested. The receipt will be sent to you. If you wish, we can also write a short "To/From" on an enclosure.
Delivery
- Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If desired, UPS or FedEx are available for an additional charge.
- Shipping charge for all orders is $5.
- Insurance will be provided on all orders over $100.

No customer information is gathered by WalKat Designs without customer's consent. We will not sell this information to anyone, and it will only be used by us to process orders and reply to inquiries.
If you pay by credit card using PayPal, we do not see the information.
